Customers'questions and requests help us grow.
Our Customer Center employs approximately 1,500 operators with
specialized knowledge to handle communication with customers regarding an array
of issues, including inquiries about programs,subscription fees and applications
for subscription.
We are expanding the Customer Center’s services as part of our efforts to meet increasingly diverse subscriber needs. In particular, we are working to make information more user-friendly to appeal to such relatively new customer segments as seniors and female customers.
For example, we are making the information we provide more easily understandable,thereby lowering hurdles to the enjoyment of SKY Perfect JSAT service We value all our communications with customers?the initial subscription process,providing service and campaign information, and responding to inquiries and requests.
